Refund policy

All returns are refunded as Sienna Leather Haus store credit. We do not refund to the original payment method, except where required by law or as described under Defective items.

Returns

You can return any item within 14 days of delivery, free of charge. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we issue store credit within 5 business days. Store credit never expires and can be used on any future order.

Defective items

If your item arrives with a defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will exchange it for free, including shipping both ways. If a replacement is out of stock, we will give you a full refund to your original payment method.

What is not a defect

Leather is a natural material. Natural marks, grain and colour variation, and normal wear or patina that develops with use are not defects.

Non-returnable items

Used or damaged items, final-sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

How to start a return

Email us at siennaleatherhaus@gmail.com with your order number. We will send return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order for a full refund to your original payment method at any time before it ships. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and our return policy applies.
