Returns & Exchanges
Exchange & Return Policy
We want you to love your Sienna Leather Haus products. If something isn't right, here's how exchanges and returns work.
Policy Window
All exchange and return requests must be submitted within 20 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this window cannot be accepted.
Defective Products
If your item arrives defective or with a manufacturing fault, we'll exchange it for a new one free of charge, including shipping both ways. Please contact us with your order number and photos of the defect so we can process your exchange quickly.
Change of Mind (Remorse Returns)
If you simply change your mind about a purchase, you may return it within the 20-day window for a $40 processing fee, deducted from your refund. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify.
